Visual VT control

In the non-destructive control with Visual Examination (VT) the interpretation and evaluation of the results is carried out objectively by the operator based on specific parameters of acceptability of the particular defectology of the component under examination.

Of course, the technical competence and the great experience of the control staff are essential to ensure sensitivity and reliability of the result.

Visual checks are generally used to detect specific surface and/or dimensional characteristics such as alignment, shape and size of machine components, plant and manufactured products, surface condition, etc.

Preparation, vision conditions, auxiliary tools, sensing awareness, compliance schemes, make this method of fundamental importance because it is applicable in a correct system setting, directly from the staff who is sometimes unique in the vision of the surfaces between the production stages.
